    • Clearance or final sale items.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

Care and Use Guidelines

  • For knives, cutting boards, and kitchen tools, ensure proper care and handling. Items showing damage from improper use (e.g., chipped or broken the knife edge, cutting on unsuitable surfaces, improper cleaning) may not qualify for returns or exchanges. We offers Repair Services and Lifetime Sharpening Services. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Used knives, cutting boards, or kitchen tools.
