  • For knives- All of Kitchen knives and Cleavers: avoid cutting hard surfaces (e.g., bones, frozen foods) and wash by hand for best results. Chopper Knives: Do not use for chopping metals, rocks, or hard stones to maintain the blade's integrity. Only use the knife for its intended purpose as specified.
  • All of our knives include a lifetime sharpening service, and only some knives come with a lifetime warranty. Specific warranty details are noted on each knife product page.
  • Failure to follow these guidelines may void the warranty.

Lifetime Sharpening Service

  • We offer a lifetime sharpening service for all knives featuring the BOONLION signature.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending and returning their knives for sharpening.
  • The service is limited to sharpening and does not include repairs or replacements for damaged blades.
