Boonlion Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Boonlion Affiliate Program operated by Boonlion Wholesale & Retail LLC. By signing up and participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility
The Boonlion Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses worldwide. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure
- Affiliates can earn up to 10% commission on eligible referrals.
- Commissions apply to completed and non-refunded orders only.
- Commission rates may vary for wholesale and retail orders and may be updated at any time.

3. Referral Tracking
- Referrals are tracked through unique affiliate links provided by GoAffPro.
- Boonlion is not responsible for lost or untracked referrals due to cookies being disabled, ad blockers, or technical issues beyond our control.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- No commission is paid on returned, refunded, or cancelled orders.
- If a customer returns a product or receives a refund (full or partial), the related affiliate commission will be cancelled or adjusted accordingly.
- Commissions are only payable after the order passes the return/refund period.

5. Commission Approval & Payment
- Commissions are subject to a holding period (typically up to 30 days) to allow for returns or refunds.
- Only approved commissions are eligible for payout.
- Payments are issued according to the payout schedule and method set within GoAffPro.

6. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may not:
- Use false, misleading, or deceptive claims
- Bid on Boonlion brand keywords without permission
- Represent themselves as Boonlion employees or official representatives
- Use spam, unsolicited emails, or unethical marketing practices
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliates who violate these guidelines.

7. Program Changes & Termination
- Boonlion Wholesale & Retail LLC reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
- Any misuse, fraud, or abuse of the program may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Limitation of Liability
Boonlion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By joining the Boonlion Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
